How do I choose which pages to keep and in what order?
Type the page numbers you want to keep, in your desired order, separated by commas (e.g. "1,2,4") — pages you leave out of the list are dropped from the result.
Is there a visual drag-and-drop page manager?
No — page selection and ordering is done through a single text field rather than a drag-and-drop thumbnail board.
Can I also rotate pages while organizing them?
No — this tool only changes which pages are kept and their order. Use the Rotate PDF tool separately for orientation changes.
Does removing pages reduce the file size much?
It can, proportionally to how much content you remove, since the dropped pages’ data is excluded entirely from the new file.
Can I organize a password-protected PDF?
Remove the password first using the Unlock PDF tool.
